The superiority of Mirage flooring is due to their exclusive P7 manufacturing process, an extremely thorough process that combines state-of-the-art technology with the experience of a highly skilled staff.

Superior Stability

The drying process used for Mirage wood exceeds industry standards. The wood is verified before processing and stored at carefully controlled temperature and humidity levels.

Precision Cut
Wood strips are always perfectly straight and consistent in width and length for a refined look and superior durability.

A Perfect Fit of Tongue and Groove

The tongue and groove fit perfectly on all 4 sides of the strips, ensuring unmatched uniformity and easier installation while saving you time and effort.

Even Sanding
Strips are first assembled into a panel, then sanded with a high-precision sander for flawless, perfectly even results. This high-precision process makes it possible to achieve the smallest, most uniform micro-V joint in the industry.

Uniform Coloring
The entire strip surface, including micro-V joints, is evenly stained, then brushed and cured in hot air and ultraviolet light to ensure uniform coloring in each and every box of flooring.

Integrated Quality Assurance
Rigorous quality control and every step of manufacturing is your guarantee that every wood strip in every box is of the highest quality.

Grading
At Mirage, grading is a means of distinguishing between variations in the wood's natural coloring. It refers only to the visual aspect and has no bearing on quality.

In fact, strips manufactured from the same piece of wood, with the same care, and according to the same quality standards can be graded differently at the end of the line solely due to their appearance.

Select & Better Grade
The most uniform strips with only subtle natural variations in color.

Exclusive Grade
A mixed selection of strips composed of about 75% Select & Better grade and 25% Traditional grade.

Traditional Grade
Strips with more distinct natural color variations and small, healthy knots for a more rustic appearance.
