With the downturn in our industry we have reacted pro-actively to keep ourselves positioned best in the market and continue to serve you consistently.

Delivery Guidelines

Periodically we review our order guidelines. The geography we cover has changed over time. The products change constantly. Market conditions change. As a result our guidelines change. Because of all of these moving parts we don't have a global standard for order minimums or delivery charges. These will vary by market. Please contact us if you have specific questions about your account. By adhering to minimum order standards we are better able to manage our costs and provide a more consistent level of service.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Goods may be returned only with prior written approval of Seller. Returned items must be referenced by Sellers invoice number and must be sent freight prepaid to the location directed by the Seller. Seller may collect a minimum restocking charge of 20% of the invoice amount on returned items. We will waive the restocking fee if the customer exchanges product for like product in like quantity and like value or if the customer returns the material to our facility. No returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Material with expiration dates cannot be returned past the expiration date. Special and Custom materials cannot be cancelled, exchanged, nor returned.
